TIPS ON WHAT TO WEAR:

Wear light comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch. Be careful about wearing a large loose shirt - because it might fall over your head.

Shoes: Yoga is done in bare feet..

Yoga Mats: We have mats to rent for $1.00.

Preparation: We recommend that you wait a minimum of two hours after eating before taking a class.

If you have a medical condition, please check with your doctor to make sure that it’s safe for you to practice Yoga.

NO CONTRACT required!  No appointment needed.  Walk-ins welcome.  Pay by the class, pay monthly, or purchase 10 classes at a time.  See our Class Rate schedule below for other options.

New to yoga or to our studio?  Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class and let the instructor know that you are a new student.  Print waiver - click here - fill it out and bring it with you to class.  Also, let the instructor know if you have any injuries (old or new) where you may have to pay special attention.  HOWEVER, we are not medical professionals, so if you have questions as to whether it is safe for you to practice yoga, consult with your doctor first.  YOU and you alone are responsible for your own safety and well-being and your decision to practice yoga.
