Active Yoga - Connect to your inner power with this vigorous and physically challenging practice.  Appropriate for all levels.

Yoga Flow or Hatha Yoga - A flowing eclectic blend of yoga styles designed to challenge body and mind.  Appropriate for all levels.

Barre ClassDynamic standing warm-up; arm & upper body exercises with light weights; lower body routine at the barre using precise ballet posture for strengthening key muscles; finally abdominal work on the mat before stretching. Emphasis on ballet posture; specifically, the core of the body to stabilize the spine. Students maintain a flattened stomach to keep the whole core of the body working, which may significantly reduce lower back pain.

Yoga Light or Gentle Yoga - Basic yoga class which is appropriate for all levels.  Build strength and flexibility while developing body/mind awareness.  Classes are slower and more relaxed which is appropriate for beginners. 


Warm Flow - A 75 minute demanding rigorous practice designed to develop strength, flexibility and stamina.  Practiced in a room heated to 83-85 degrees.  You will SWEAT!


 During our warm classes we try to maintain the room temperature at 83-85 degrees.  However, the temperature will fluctuate due to the age and condition of the building.  When it's hot outside, it will be hotter inside, when it's cool outside, it will be cooler inside.
